The story in my own words
I saw kyle(a classmate) and some jerks Knocked his books on the ground along with his glass's. he fell in some dirt, I went and picked up his books he was happy that i helped him and we talked all the way to his house Which is near my house he was pretty cool I never seen him before because he used to go to a private school, later I asked him if he wonted to go play football later and he said yes.
I spent the weekend with him and got to know him, we became best friends. When we were seniors we thought about college he was becoming a doctor and I was going for business.
Kyle was the valedictorian of the class. He was vary nerves about the speech he was preparing He looked great, he got more dates then me because the girls loved him. During the speech he said that I saved him from killing him self the week we met. I didn’t know the depth until that moment.

The reason why I liked it and how it connected to my life.
That story was good and was deep with emotion's. The reasion i liked it was because i could see it happen as if it were here I also know some jerks myself and how people feal when they act like one.

Huck Finn Reader Response # 3 (Ch. 14- Ch. 18)

What impressed Huck about the Grangerford’s house is the type of style the house was and how it had no a iron latch but a brass knob instead of a wooden one with buckskin string and the brick of the big fire place were kept clean and red. This says a lot about Hucks view of success and how he would like to live. Huck Finn would like to live in the country and would like to have a nice amount of land. Also would like to have a nice house like the Grangerford’s house and earn a good living.

The books in the house had to do with educating the people about helping yourself to be a better person and how to get relationships with other people. Huck is interested in poetry and other topics he believes to be beautiful and interesting. This says that he probably did not get exposed to that kind of literature before he read some of the books there or that he understands a lot of the poetry and that he pretty smart when it comes to this kind of thing. Mark Twain view of education varies when it come to a selection of topics like literature.

All of the drawings and poems talk about how for example how beautiful some one was before they died and how nobody would be able to hear or see them again. Like in all of her poems she talks about people that are dead and how beautiful they were in some way. The significance of the painting were the girls on a edge of a bridge is how she looks probably relates to how the girl that panted the picture was feeling at the time and she wonted people to see that. It says that she was in a great deal of pain in ether emotionally or physically near her death. She relates the pain near her death to suicide in the picture, the girl seaming that she is going to kill herself in the picture relates the suicide of a way to relief pain. She relates the pain she has to a way to relief it in the picture. Huck probably sees how she felt before she died like I just explained.

Huck Finn Essay Exam 1(1-23)

1. In the adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Huck faces a number of moral dilemmas suck as when Huck Finn went in to the dead mans house by climbing throw the window up stairs and finding out that he was dead and was shot in the back of the head on chapter 9 page 38-39, paragraph 1- paragraph 1 on the next page.
On that page is were Huck Finn and Jim took items, and here is a small part of exactly what they took from the house in the book on page 38 paragraph 5, We got an old tin lantern, and a butcher knife without any handle, and a bran-new Barlow knife worth two bits in any store, and a lot of tallow candles, and a tin candlestick, and a gourd, a tin cup, and a ratty old bed-quilt off the bed.
2. It was not right for Huck Finn and Jim to take all that stuff from the dead mans house even if he did not need it anymore they could of at least left some of the stuff behind they had stolen from the house some government people could of given that stuff to people that would need it to survive or people that could use it and don’t have all that much and are not running away from anything.
3. Poor people could have bought that dead mans items that Huck and Jim have stolen. Even pap could of bout or have gotten some of those items to help out after Huck pretended that he was murdered and took some of Paps items even though how badly he treated huck.

Reader Response 1: Huck Finn (1 - 6)

Racism-Government
by Patrick Sweeney 3rd 10/8/07
"oh,Yes this is a wonderful goverment, Wonderful. There was a free N there, from Ohio; they said he could vote, I drawed out. I says i'll never vote again. They call that a goverment that can't sell a free N till he's been in the State six months. Here's a goverment that calls itself a goverment, and lets on to be a goverment, and thinks it is a goverment, and yet got to set stockstill for six whole months befor it can take ahold of a prowling, thieving, infrnal, White-shirted free N, and ---" CH-6, Page-20-21, Par-3
  1. What a great goverment , thereway a black person that came from Ohio that was alowed to vote, so I desided to never vote again.and you cant sell a black person intill he a U.S for 1/2 a year, i think this goverment is bad it just trying to make people think its a goverment i hate it alote.
  2. i say its pritty unfair to what the goverment does not sideing with Huck's dad pap, its fair that black people get to vote there a part of the U.S to, i remeber that one day that i tryed to vote at one place for kids and i wosent able to vote because i had to be 1 year older then i was at the time,
  3. i believe that mark twain thought that this paragraph to be about the old day were there was still slavery and being racist, and how some white people were to disagree about black people got to vote, and how unfair it was to the black people that they could be sold after a half year. Mark Twain or"huck Finn" probly thought that blacks being able to vote was fair, and that they could be sold after half year was every unfair. Mark Twain was in the U.S civil war and desided to go with the north even wene he was signed to the south this to do with how his dad was talking about blacks and how the goverment was not being harsh enough tword them.
